How do I choose the right fragrance for my space?

Selecting the right fragrance depends on the atmosphere you wish to create. For a calming environment, consider scents like Creamy Musk & Sandalwood, which are known for their soothing properties. Alternatively, fragrances like Ivory & Amber can add warmth and sophistication to social gatherings.

Are your candles and diffusers made from natural ingredients?

Our products are crafted with high-quality materials to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn. We prioritise using natural coco-soy wax and responsibly sourced fragrance oils, which contribute to healthier indoor air quality.

How do i use a reed diffuser?

Unscrew the silver cap and remover the stopper, replace the silver cap and then inster the reeds. Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the fragrance and fill your space.

How long do your candles typically last?

The burn time of our candles varies based on size and usage. On average, our 20cl candles last approximately 35 hours.

How long do your reed diffusers typically last?

Typically, our 100ml reed diffusers lasts 8-12 weeks, depending on room size and airflow.

What is the best way to care for my candles and diffusers?

To maximise the lifespan of your candles, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use and avoid burning them for more than four hours at a time. For diffusers, ensure that they are placed in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fragrance.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the UK.

Can i return a product?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original packaging.
